Went here just to look at cars. Wasn't really buying any but the staff was happy to help me just look for fun. Had a fun time there and made some great memories! Will for sure come again some time.

The experience was outstanding ! Justin Helsene was very knowledgeable on the particular car I was purchasing Mclaren 765 LT.This made the experience effortless. I am new to the McLaren family but wanted to share how wonderful my experience has been. Having had to wait for the Artura almost 12 months was well worth the wait. Very happy that Mark kept me on side :). The quality of after sales customer service has been outstanding. Derek in service has gone above and beyond to ensure every detail is looked after promptly, and without any hassles. Mark has also been there for any questions/support required and has been eager to help. An outstanding team!! I'm glad to be part of the family.

I have been buying luxury and exotic sports cars all my adult life and I have to admit I have never seen a more unprofessional person than Nathan, I had one terrible experience with him back in the day at another dealership but I thought things would be different at McLaren after a friend said I should use them for my wife’s brand new Model Y performance which I was completely wrong. At first everything was great I was dealing with Carly and they told me I need to put certain amount for the down payments, then I bumped into Nathan when he was with a friend and he asked me if I will sell my brand new Porsche 911 in which I said no and ever since I told him that my Model Y deal started going south as for a bunch of fees that was never mentioned before and him giving me a difficult time and attitude. I would stay away from this dealership, I came to leave a review yesterday and noticed half the negative reviews are removed by management which is very unprofessional.

Despicable staff employee not even self aware of she acts in public towards potential customers. She must act this way all the time, as I witnessed a very disturbing incident involving a financially capable young man being physically pushed out of the dealership! How does this go unchecked? My guess is as I said before, this is probably a recurring attitude towards people who seem" to not belong. I highly advise against this dealership and won't ever think about coming here again."

Very nice showroom, and professional team. Brands come with a very large history. Vehicles are impressive.

After having had a poor experience with another dealer, Stephanie Linder from Mclaren London went out of her way to ensure the purchase of my new car was nothing short of exceptional. she even went as far as coming all the way out to Ascot so that it was convenient for me to view the car and then arranged everything as i requested.
